Tai Chi
Tai Chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body. Tai Chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions.
Tai Chi is a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. You perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner.

Hatha Chair Yoga
Certified Yoga instructor, Debbie Van Dyke, will teach you the basics of yoga including breathing, stretching and body alignment. We use a chair in this class for stability and we do not work on the floor. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and tennis shoes.

Rosen Method Exercise
Set to music, these easy, unhurried movements are designed to improve alignment and flexibility. They also increase range of motion, ease of breathing, and deepen awareness of the body.
Marion Rosen developed this form of exercise to prevent physical difficulties before they arise and to help her clients feel better and age gracefully. These movements may be adapted to those who experience pain or have physical limitations.

Morning Exercise
Start your day the right way! Join us for one of these fun exercise classes. Relieve your aches and pains, gain flexibility, reduce stress and relax while having fun!

Line Dancing
This class is a fun way to feel like part of a group. You can really get in the spirit of a party when you're dancing in sync. Line dancing provides good exercise. The faster the pace of the steps, the greater the aerobic workout.  Beginning class also available.

Better Balance
Balance is an ability that we take for granted when we are young. But we can start to lose that ability as we age, which can lead to falls and injuries in our middle and senior years. This class incorporates some basic balance exercises that you can do to help sharpen your balance. Come join this fun and easy class.

Stretch & Bend
Stretch & Bend classes focus on strength, flexibility, coordination and balance through exercise.
Increasing the blood flow to muscles can reduce sudden stress on different parts of the body. In this class we go back to "basics" breath, posture, shoulders and balance.  Much of the class is done on the floor with a chair close by.  A sedentary lifestyle brings muscle atrophy, decline in independence, stability and mobility.  Strength, agility, and flexibility are traits which follow a good healthy sound body and mind. The objective of this program is to become more active, feel physically stronger and more confident.  Carole Strode, the instructor, will have you stretch, bend and relax.

Ballroom Dances
Enjoy all of your favorite ballroom dance steps, from Polka to Waltz, Cha Cha to Tango, during an afternoon of fun and wonderful music.  Refreshments served.

Wii Golf and Bowling
Video Games are not just for teens.  Come enjoy the fun of playing golf and bowling.  No golf clubs or bowling balls to buy.  You can have fun and play, even if you have never gone golfing or bowling before.
