Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks operates 65 parks totaling over 514 acres of parkland which includes sports fields, dog parks, playgrounds, picnic sites, a fishing pond, boating lake, amusement rides and more, boating, sailing, sports fields, playgrounds, and more. Pardon Our Dust!
You may have noticed a little construction activity in some of Santa Rosa’s parks. The City is hard at work upgrading all of its parks to provide more accessibility for those with disabilities, as well as making park features more inviting and user-friendly for all Santa Rosa residents. This may mean replacing a pathway that is in disrepair, adding new wheelchair-accessible picnic tables, or any number of other improvements.
