The salary plan serves as a convenient summary to incorporate but not supersede any provisions of applicable Ordinances, Resolutions or authorized amendments or modifications which may occur from time to time for positions in each designated unit. The salary plan is administered and issued, as necessary, by the Personnel Officer in accordance with City Council Resolution 25453.
The City Manager may determine during the fiscal year the classification title and rate of pay for any temporary, seasonal and recurrent position not included below. The City Manager is also authorized to make adjustments in any rates of pay as necessary, to best meet the needs of the City during the fiscal year for any temporary, seasonal and recurrent position.
