APPEALED: The project decision has been appealed, whether it's been approved or denied.
APPROVED: The entire project has been approved by the final board and/or staff.
APR-APLD: The project approval has been appealed.
CLOSED: The project either was not approved, or was denied.
COMPLETE: The project has gone through completeness check and can now be started.
DEN-APLD: The appeal to the project approval has been denied.
DENIED: The project has been denied.
EXT: Extension of project.
FROZEN: The project is idle upon applicants request.
INACTIVE: The project is inactive, usually due to staff not getting what they need, or not hearing from applicant.
INCOMP: Gone through completeness check and deemed incomplete because staff does not have everything needed to begin.
PEND_DR: pending Design Review approval.
PENDING:
REFERRED: The project has gone through completeness check and has been referred to other departments, neighborhood associations, etc.
RESTART: After being frozen, a project goes into this status.
SUBMITED: The project has been submitted, but no action yet.
VOID: The project is void.
WITHDRAWN: The project has been withdrawn by applicant.
