The City of Santa Rosa has two applications, on for special events permits and one for filming permits. There is a $75 processing fee for each permit application.

- Purchase Special Event Insurance. If you wish event insurance, you may purchase it through this on-line service. Once you have made payment, a copy of the certificate will automatically be sent to the City. If you would like, you can obtain a price quote, leave the program, and then go back later to purchase it.
